Welcome to the websites of MB Designs Inc. and Black Label Rentals (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern all use of our websites, digital catalogs, design consulting agreements, and equipment procurement processes, outlining our booking rules. By accessing our sites, submitting a rental quote wish list, or entering into a design services contract, you and your organization agree to comply fully with these terms.

1. Quoting Engine and Inventory Wish lists

Non-Binding Quotes: Submitting an "Add to Quote" wish list through our Black Label Rentals catalog does not constitute a binding booking, inventory reservation, or financial transaction. Final Agreements: All quotes are subject to item availability, venue logistics verification, and transport scheduling. A service or rental booking is only finalized when a formal, signed contract is executed and the required deposit is processed. Operational Parameters: Warehouse pickup and delivery schedules operate under strict timelines. Standard pickup windows are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and failure to return rental assets within specified contract timelines will trigger post-event extended rental rates.

2. Intellectual Property and CAD Designs

Proprietary Blueprints: All digital assets, floor plans, spatial layouts, 3D renderings, and underlying CAD design files created by our studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of MB Designs Inc., governed by our intellectual property policies. Usage Constraints: Purchasing a physical 3D-printed vessel or hiring our team for a styling activation grants your organization a license to use that physical item for your event. It does not grant ownership or duplication rights for the underlying digital files. File Ownership Transfer: Digital CAD files will not be distributed or transferred to clients or third-party manufacturers unless an explicit design transfer fee is agreed upon and paid in full.

3. Sustainable Mechanics and Material Realities

Color Matching Variables: We work to get as close to your designated brand guidelines or Pantone colors as technically possible using our plant-based 3D filament library and sustainable material workflows. Production Realities: Just like traditional print media (such as vinyl banners or fabric signs), physical 3D filaments and textiles show subtle color variations depending on the material substrate. Furthermore, color appearances naturally shift under varying venue lighting environments (such as natural daytime light vs. evening ballroom lighting). These normal material shifts do not constitute defective manufacturing. Waste Diversion & Infrastructure: In line with our anti-greenwashing principles, we actively route broken inventory and exhausted production elements through certified recycling partnerships like TerraCycle and Call2Recycle to keep waste out of landfills.

4. Limitation of Liability

MB Designs Inc. and Black Label Rentals provide premium custom styling, consulting, and event rentals. We are not responsible for event disruptions caused by venue infrastructure limitations, power failures related to third-party equipment, or delays stemming from inaccurate venue dimensions provided to us by client teams.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our commercial services shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
