Participants learn about sustainability, event waste reduction, and circular economy principles while transforming retired event signs into functional clipboards. The workshop provides a hands-on example of how materials can be reused and repurposed rather than sent to landfill.

Once completed, the clipboards are donated to youth-serving organizations across Canada that support youth mental health initiatives, housing stability programs, educational programs, and community development initiatives. This helps create both environmental and social impact from materials that would otherwise become waste.
